Journey from south of the island to Loro Parque up the east coast was fine except driver chose to drive through Puerto de la Cruz rather than continuing on the motorway and entering Loro Parque from the far end of Puerto de la Cruz which added time to the journey unnecessarily. The return journey was a bit scary with the narrow winding roads with sheer drops due to driver returning down the west coast. Unfortunately we had to climb narrow winding roads before descending again into the west coastal road. Definitely not a route for the faint hearted or anyone with vertigo. Driver was excellent at navigating the tight bends but personally, I’d have preferred returning via the east coast.

That was a good trip
We booked a trip to Siam Park with transfers. The pick up point given to us seems to be used by a number of travel services so was utter chaos and really confusing. To add to this our details seemed to have been wrong so the guide had that we were staying and being picked up from a hotel that I had not heard of. Luckily the pick up was before our actual pick up otherwise we could easily have been missed. Timings were also delayed because of all the confusion and so it took us longer to get there and so we lost time at the park. Ultimately we did get to the park and back from the park but it did mean quite a stressful morning and not one I would be rushing back to do again.
Trip to loro parque was great coach was on time for pick up and drop off , would use again.

The time in Loro Parque is too long. Our bus (with the submarine on the side) was old and made an alarm noise many Times on the way in. The departure from Loro should be at 4 pm maximum. Thank you
We booked two excursions through this company, First one was good no issues, Second one was to rent a private boat which was cancelled due to the weather totally understandable no issue, We went back to the office to get our refund as we were returning home the next day, To find no one at the office, He told us he would be there from 9am everyday, And would see us off on the boat, So we hung about standing about outside the office messaging him and phoning no reply, We eventually gave up at 1040 with worry that our money was gone, Anyway we headed back to the hotel and eventually got a phone call back 2 hours later from the rep to be informed his boss told him to just take the day off due to the weather and he’d just gotten out his bed, To which I said to him could you not of messaged us in the morning to inform us you wouldn’t be in so we wouldn’t have that worry when there was no sign of you at the office and his response was, I have over 200 people to deal with the boat company should have told you it was cancelled, Which they did but he wouldn’t understand my point of the fact we were hanging about for over an hour and a half at his office awaiting our refund. Meanwhile he was fast asleep in his bed, It stats the office is open 7 days a week, He wasn’t very apologetic at the time, Anyway we spoke to him and he told us to come back the next day luckily our flight wasn’t til the evening so we had time to go back to the harbour which was €6 each way!! We got our refund and he did apologise for not being in and leaving us worried, A little message in the morning would of done.
This tour was really well executed and Louise was a knowledgeable guide. The variety of visits to the town, forest and mountains was perfect.
My family enjoyed the excursions. Well organised and I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Poor service, food is boring and rooms are bad. Only good part is the entertainment teams.
We book a trip to Lori Park and as far as the day went it was a brilliant day out. From pick up to getting back to our accommodation everything ran extremely well. Lori park is well worth a visit as it is a lovely place to visit for all ages.
Very happy, the bus was on time and easy to fine. The driver was really helpful, keeping a child’s dummy that we didn’t realise we had left behind, and giving it back on the return journey.

Perhaps when tourists are booking a trip to Loro Park that they should be made aware that a tour ,of Puerto de La Cruz via tourist train , is available from the bus car park there .

The return transfer was terrible. We got told a a bus number that bus didn’t turn up and it had got there 45 minutes later than when we were told. Then we eventually got on a bus and don’t even know if it was the right company but eventually got back to the hotel at 20:45
Magnifique sunset with my family
Me and my partner done the boat trip to see the whales and dolphins and it was hands down the best day of our holiday! The gentleman was so lovely and made us feel so welcome. We got to see the whales and we also seen a turtle which was a big surprise as the percentage is low seeing them! We did the 4pm boat trip! Recommend it to anyone visiting Tenerife absolutely loved it!
We were satisfied with the trip to Mount Teide, Masca. They are punctual. The guide gave us enough information, the driver has experience on the difficult road from Masca. I wish we had more time to explore the village of Masca. I recommend!
La verdad que nos vino muy bien, porque te recogen en el hotel y te dejan allí desde el golfo Sur, la lástima es que al coincidir los días con otras excursiones no pudimos hacer más, por ejemplo ir a Santa Cruz

First bus arrived late , which meant the day at loro parque was limited to timings of shows etc… dissapointing… the return bus wasn’t even an Atlantico bus and had more people on it and more drop offs and took longer to get back felt like a downgrade … overall satisfaction 3/5 stars

Wir sind mit Atlantico zum Loro Parque gefahren. Wer das nicht gesehen hat, hat was verpasst. Vom Kartenverkauf bis zur Rückkehr hat alles Reibungslos geklappt. Wenn man selber fahren möchte kann man aber ca. 2 Stunden länger im Park sein.

Très bonne excursion au Loro Parque mais vraiment très courte ! Nous y sommes allés en bus : 2 adultes et 1 enfant = 155 euros ! Nous sommes arrivés au parc presque à 11h pour repartir du parc a 16h45. Nous n’avons pas pu faire le parc correctement et nous avons raté le spectacle des perroquets ! Vraiment déçu car pour 155 euros, on pensait avoir plus de temps.

Just a few issues. The bus was a good 30 mins late picking us up from outside the princess bahia hotel. Then we were given the wrong bus number to get on when leaving the park. We all stood waiting until finally a bus driver came over and told us we had been given the wrong number. My seat in the bus was broken.

Simple bus without some phone charging capability like in others buses to Loro park Tenerife. Bus arrived late, was not clear that specified time is from stop Sol Arona or some where else.. The bus did not had any recognizable signs that it was from a seller company. Despite the above, the trip was fast and the driver helpful and nice.

The tickets were easy to purchase and the woman was very nice and helpful. She made sure i had received the email with the QR code for the tickets before we left. The only issue we had was with the bus, we arrived at 9:20 for the 9:30 bus to Siam Park along with a group of other people and it showed up 20 minutes late. The bus back to the hotel also didn’t show up which resulted in us having to get a taxi

Gute Rundfahrt mit einem freundlichen Tour Guide. Etwas nervig war, dass es in 3 Sprachen erklärt wurde. Erst in Spanisch, dann in deutsch und zuletzt in Englisch. Dadurch wurde dauerhaft in 3 Sprachen gesprochen, was etwas nervig war. Da gäbe es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Eine Sache fanden viele Gäste nicht gut. Als wir am Drachenbaum anhielten und durch die Stadt marschierten, wurde uns ein Restaurant empfohlen. Dieses war das schlechtest bewertete laut Google Rezessionen in der Umgebung. Es wäre einheimische Küche. Es gab eine spezielle Karte mit nur einer Option. Wurde alles mit dem Tour Guide abgesprochen. Billig war es für die Qualität auch nicht. Nächstes Mal lieber selbst was suchen. Dort gibt es sehr leckere Restaurants.

Siam park is something everyone should visit coming to Tenerife
I bought this voucher as part of an order just to benefit from a maximum discount (Atlantico grants 3% to 5% discount for bigger orders). Everything worked well, we handed the voucher over at the entrance gate and that was it. So if you order some excursions it makes sense to order a park voucher as well.
Ero già stata al parco, quindi sapevo cosa stessi comprando, pranzo incluso. Ci sono tornata con altre otto persone, ma ho avuto problemi all'ingresso. Al momento dell'acquisto era dichiarato che saremmo entrati senza passare dalla cassa. Ho fatto quindi la coda all'ingresso (c'era coda anche oltre la cassa perché a molti prendevano l'impronta del pollice) e arrivato il nostro turno ci hanno insistentemente rimandato alla cassa. Lì inizialmente mi hanno detto di andare direttamente all'ingresso, spiegato tutto hanno chiamato altra persona che ha consultato un pc, ha fatto una telefonata, ha atteso una conferma non so da chi e poi ci ha detto di passare. Fatto presente che avevo anche il pasto altri problemi, altre telefonate e altre attese. Insomma ho pagato in anticipo per stare in attesa il triplo di coloro che pagavano sul posto.
We hebben via internet tickets gekocht bij Atlantico Excursiones voor Jungle Park. Dit ging heel gemakkelijk, maar bij de kassa van het park werd ons gezegd dat de uitdraai van de reservering en betaling niet voldoende was, we moesten nog "gewone " kaartjes hebben. We zijn wel toegelaten en het park zou dit verder regelen met Atlantico Excursiones. Jungle Park is een hele mooie dierentuin, nét alsof je in een grote tropische kas zonder dak loopt. We waren minder tevreden over de dierenverblijven , deze zijn aan de kleine kant. Ook worden de dieren overal in betrokken, je kunt er niet onder uit om bij de entree op de foto te komen met uil en papegaai . Men leurt met "verzorgen van dieren" , "kijkje achter de schermen " en "meedoen met de zeeleeuwenshow " tegen fikse betaling ! De drankjes en het eten in dit park zijn in verhouding vreselijk duur , b.v. een pizza (op tenerife 5.95 ) voor 14.95. Uitrij-munt parkeren kost 4 euro en wordt verstrekt door een onvriendelijke winkelmedewerkster.
We had a little trouble getting in with our tickets, but the staff from Loro Parque calles Atlantico and the issue was resolved within minutes. The park itself is great! If you visit during peak season, you should buy the tickets in advance - so you don't have to wait!
