Teide National Park Tenerife

You can not visit Tenerife and not climb Teide, the highest point in Spain. The landscape is as if you were on the moon, very rocky, many different colors and views Ocean and islands around are awesome.


Description

On this half-day excursion you will have the opportunity to visit the largest and oldest National Park in the Canary Islands and return to your hotel to enjoy the rest of the day.
You will enjoy a journey from the coast to the highest point of Tenerife, passing through Canary pine forests and traditional villages like Vilaflor .
As we continue along the path, we'll venture deeper into volcanoes and past rivers of petrified lava . We'll make a few stops so you can admire one of the world's largest calderas : Las Cañadas del Teide .
We will visit Los Roques de García at the foot of Spain's highest peak : Mount Teide , at 3,718 meters above sea level. This imposing volcano, located in the heart of Tenerife, is the main reason why Teide National Park , declared in 1954, is the most visited in Europe .
This excursion does not include the option of going up the Teide cable car or visiting the base of its facilities.
Finally, we will resume our walk and continue admiring everything this incredible natural space has to offer on the way back.

  • At some stops, the terrain may be uneven or have slopes, which can make the walk more difficult.
