LANZAROTE (By Plane)

Lanzarote is pure geology, underwater and lunar landscapes, transparent waters, thirsty lands, oasis of palms, is coexistence in harmony of man and nature. Without doubt a land of contrasts. It is the easternmost part of the Canary Islands. It is identified by the large number of volcanoes that extend through it due to the great volcanic activity of the early 18th century.


Description

We start this trip early in the morning, leaving from the south airport "Reina Sofía". Pick up at the airport and then it is off to Yaiza, passing through Macher and Uga, where we have breakfast. Panoramic view of " Salinas del Janubio", from where we drive to "Montañas de Fuego". There we have a camel ride. After that, we carry onto "Timanfaya National Park", where we can see some demonstrations of geothermic experiments at "Islote de Hilario". We then continue along the so-called "Route of the Volcanoes". Stopping at Yaiza for lunch, we then head towards Teguise, passing through the vineyard area of La Geria. After that, we go to Haría, where we enjoy a view of the "Valley of the Thousand Palm Trees", and we reach "Los Jameos Del Agua".
