The route of this excursion was very well planned and truly beautiful. The scenery is stunning, and the main stops gave enough time to explore and enjoy the surroundings. The driver also did an excellent job navigating difficult mountain roads, which we really appreciated. However, our experience with the guide and the overall organization was quite disappointing. First, the tour was conducted in two languages (Spanish and English), not just English as we expected. This meant that all explanations were repeated twice at the same time, which reduced the amount of actual information shared and made it harder to follow. But that was generally okay. On top of that, the audio system in the bus was quite poor, and because of the sound quality it was often difficult to clearly understand what the guide was saying. Unfortunately, even when we could hear the explanations, very little information was shared about the nature, history, or places we visited. For example, at one stop with the oldest dragon tree, we were only told its age, while later we discovered from local brochures that there are many fascinating facts about that location that were never mentioned during the tour. We absolutely understand that guides sometimes need to explain rules of respectful behavior in natural areas, and we fully support educating tourists about protecting the environment. We always try to be respectful travelers ourselves. However, a significant part of the guide’s commentary focused on describing “types of tourists in the wild” and comparing them to unpleasant animals or portraying tourists as wasteful and destructive. Hearing this repeatedly throughout the tour felt uncomfortable and made us feel unwelcome. Another disappointing part was the restaurant stop strongly recommended by the guide. In reality, it felt like an obvious tourist trap. The food quality was poor, prices were high, and the service was unpleasant. We were even charged an additional fee, which we were not informed of, simply because we shared one dish between two people. This led to an argument with the staff and significantly spoiled the experience. The bus itself was also quite old, and the sound system clearly needs improvement. Overall, the places themselves are beautiful and worth visiting, and the route of the excursion is good. However, because of the guide, the lack of meaningful information, and the issues mentioned above, we cannot recommend this specific tour guide. If you plan to visit these locations, it might be better to explore independently or choose another tour provider.
Our trip to Mount Teide was on February 23, 2026. It was a breathtaking day, full of emotion and adrenaline. Our guide, Gediminas, was so knowledgeable in English, Lithuanian, and Russian. And our bus driver (I forgot his name) deserves our respect and admiration! He drove the bus so professionally along the winding and narrow road! Not everyone can do that. The only small negative was that we had to wait a long time for lunch at the restaurant. We were very pleased with the excursion! Thank you, the guide, and the driver. All the best to you. An sich ein netter Ausflug, man sitzt allerdings 7 von 10 Stunden im Bus. Die Reiseleiterin war nett, aber in La Laguna hat sie uns für Stadtpläne an die Touristeninformation verwiesen und es gab weder eine Führung, noch sonstige Infos, wir sollten einfach in zwei Stunden wiederkommen. Dafür hätte ich keinen Ausflug gebraucht, das hätte man auch deutlich günstiger mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erledigen können :-)
De pick-up verliep goed en op tijd, alles was heel duidelijk. We hadden een hele toffe goed gevulde dag met een top gids! Zeker een aanrader!

Circuit très sympa qui permet de voir beaucoup de paysages différents. Beaucoup de car et très peu de marche à pied. Dommage. Manque de confort du mini bus.
War ein sehr schöner Ausflug, besonders um die Orte ein bisschen kennen zu lernen. Guide war super nett, lustig und hat sein Wissen mit uns geteilt. Auch der Fahrer hat seinen Job super gemacht (besonders bei den engen Straßen).
Mont Tiede, Marca, Icod & Garachico with our guide Dominic was a wonderful day not to forget our bus driver. That tour is a must to be seen while being in Tenerife.
Our trip was great but the tour guide had to explain everything in 3 languages. It was monotonous and lengthy to listen to the 3 languages and pretty soon two things happened 1) we tuned out and didn’t pay attention to the language we wanted (English) 2) it became an irritant because the tour guide was constantly talking. We would suggest a trip with only 1-2 languages. (I believe there was a bus that was just French speaking). Thank you for asking our opinion.
I think that your communication before the trip could be better. It says on the information you will confirm the details 24 hours before. Instead you leave it until the morning of the trip. If there were any changes it would make things difficult for customers with such short notice. However the trip was wonderful and went to some amazing and beautiful places. Personally I would have preferred longer at La Orotava and less time at Garachico. Also it would be excellent if you could add in a 5 minute photo stop at Los Gigantes. The guide and driver were both excellent.
We had an amazing time ! We were lucky to see plenties of pilot whales ! The ride was magical and everything was done to have a pleasant time. The tapas were delicious. I recommend it highly !
This was a fantastic trip. We visited so many places and had many many photo opportunities. The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke impeccable English. It was fantastic value for money and I was picked up and dropped off at the stated time.
Proprio un bel tour, abbiamo fatto tutto il giro del isola sul bus fermandoci appunto nei paesi piu storici e importanti, ottima la guida, é molto brava e solare.. io personalmente ho fatto il tour da sola e mi sono trovata a mio agio nonostante la differenza di età, lo consiglio vivamente.
The tour itself was very interesting, we loved Teide especially. Icod de Los Vinos was lovely, but we found a restaurant ourselves not the one recommended by our guide. It seemed overpriced for what it was. Garachico had very high waves so we couldn’t park by the sea , but we did get to walk through the town with the guide, but no commentary on what we could see. Masca was a nice little place with very scary roads! The driver was brilliant! Our guide who did the tour on English & Lithuanian could have been more personable. He had a very monotone voice & it was if he had learned it off by heart & couldn’t go off the script. Not much interaction with us passengers. Overall a good excursion but we would have preferred a different guide.
We were not picked up from the meeting point Bahia del Duque (the location on the app was misleading) and had to take a taxi to catch a bus later with additional cost.
Reisgids Dominique en Chauffeur Fransico, zijn een geweldig team. Genoten van alle mooie verhalen waar we langs reden of gingen bezichtigen. Chauffeur was een topper hoe manoeuvreerde door de bochten rond de berg, wij zaten heerlijk ontspannen. Ik vond hem heel relaxed maar de tegenliggers en begeleide hem langs de bus wat heel smal was!! Dank jullie wel!! Deze Trip is zijn geld dubbel en dwars waard!!!
De toer gerserveerd bij monica was heel mooi, monica was ook erg behulpzaam bij het boeken, wat wij een grote domper vonden was het feit dat de gids in de bus vanalles vertelde over hoe duur het wonen op tenerife is en waar de mensen van leefde , dit kwam best vaak terug maar op het moment dat we een half uurtje uit de bus mochten verwacht je dat ze meeloopt en wat verteld over de plek waar je op dat moment bent... zo ook de lunch, wij wilden liever op ons zelf gaan lunchen , we zouden na de lunch door het plaatsje lopen : afspraak 13.30 , sta je 10 min te wachten totdat iedereen betaald heeft , geen tijd om rustig rond te lopen maar wel een uur lunchen....daarna lopen zo snel je kon richting bus! geen enkele uitleg over wat dan ook.. er was vanalles te zien .. heel jammer dit aangegeven maar het antwoord was : tijd is te kort, jammer hadden wel een verplichte activiteit.. drankjes proeven , doel waarschijnlijk lokale produkten kopen. wij wilde iets leren over de plek gebouwen etc de toer was vanuit de bus prachtig maar inhoudelijk stelde het niet echt iets voor

This should NOT be allowed. A big bus driving through Masca-dalen, stopping All the traffic in every turn it had to make. Back and forth for 5-10 minutes every time. And all other cars had to do the same. The places we went to were beautiful, the guide was so nice and knowledgeable, and the driver good. But this big buses are the reason why it says all over: it takes a lot of time to drive through Masca-dalen. It should not be allowed to take bigger vehicles than a mini-bus/ maxi taxi through this wonderful places. It destroyed the experience, for us, and most likely all other drivers as well. You should have seen the ques in front of and behind us.

We booked a trip, but due to the weather it had to be rescheduled. On our last day, we finally had the opportunity to go. Unfortunately, because of the weather, we couldn’t visit the volcano, but Sisidro (our guide) and the driver made the experience truly fun and enjoyable. Even without the volcano trip, we were very satisfied with the experience.
Fons was a great tour guide! He made the tour so much better, he was very informative! And Bernardo was the perfect driver for the trip!
The tour was great, but due to a Spanish holidays the excursion was limited and the Casa Colon was closed. This should be told to the tourists when they book the trip.

This was a really fun day. The guide did an excellent job and deserves five stars and the same for the driver. Some suggestions for future improvement: The bus was very large for going around the mountain passes and there was a lot of reversing and stopping. A smaller bus would be a lot easier. We didn’t get our lunch until about 3 pm. It would be better to do a lunch stop before Teide otherwise it’s just very very late. Some more time at Masca would’ve been lovely. We barely had a chance to see it and we didn’t have time to fully walk around it or grab a drink. Despite that, it really was a very good day.
The tour includes visiting quite a lot places and is entirely by bus and it is really worth it. The explanations are clear and detailed and the guide explains in both Spanish and English. The places that are visited are worth seeing for sure (village of Masca is a must in my opinion). The attitude was great, the bus was air-conditioned and comfortable and the duration was quite long for the price paid. I highly recommend it and it is totally worth the price.
We had paid for a normal tur bus, and not a little uncomfortable minibus! So this was a disservice and bad memory from your company. The English coach spoke unclear and with an Italian or Spanish accent.
The Grand Tour to Teide, Masca, Icod, and Garachico is a great opportunity to get to know the island of Tenerife in one day. The driver and guide were very professional, pleasant, and sincere. I took the tour on my birthday, and it made it unforgettable and atmospheric.
Mycket trevlig rundtur med fantastiska vyer. Tyvärr blir stoppen för korta, förutom vid Teide där vi hann runt bra. I Garachico stannar vi bara 20min och hinner inte se något av den fina staden. Önskvärt är att ta bort Icod till förmån för att se mer av de andra platserna. Vill man gå på toa hinner man inte se platserna. Bra minibuss med AC och trevlig guide. Resan är inget för den åksjuke :)

If you have planned a week or less in Tenerife sud area this tour is a must. Everything was fine from the pick up at the hotel to the selection of stops. A special thanks to our italian guide Paolo: very competent and kind
The tour covered the top must see places on the north of the island. Our guide and driver were both top notch and gave us an excellent experience. The area that needs improvement is the bus that we had. It was very tight and the AC did not work for over half of the trip. It was very hot and we were sweaty. As well, there was the smell of exhaust that was suffocating at times.

We had an amazing time, they picked us up on time and on the location we chose, the guide was fantastic and he spoke 3 languages. Even tho there was only me and my cousin speaking english, he happily spoke english only for us. I wouldnt go again in the recommended restaurant, it was okay and affordable (17eur for 3course meal) but the food wasnt a culinary experience :/. It was also full and therefore stressful to be on time for the bus. Id recommend packing your own food so you can walk around with it in the pretty village. Also dont worry in summer, the bus has AC :)

The tour was interesting, a bit scary due to very narrow winding roads high up and the bus had a hard time in the bends. The driver was just excellent and should receive a medal for his driving skills. The guide spoke in both English and Russian. It was hard to know when she was speaking Russian and not English as there was no pause between switching from English to Russian. Therefore I could not always understand what she was saying although my English is excellent. My only complaint is the food for lunch which we bought, a 3 course meal. I paid EUR 25 per person (paid for 5 people) but the menu showed the price of EUR 17. We did though receive a glass of wine, small portion and no refill. The food was not tasty, unfortunately, and serving the icecream in a small plastic container, like one buys in the store, was surprising, never had that before. I realize this was a small village high up in the mountain which possibly is a reason for some of this but it was disappointing as I and my people were used to excellent food otherwise. Sadly it both rained and was foggy which affected the visibility in part of the trip, but the first half was sunny with beautiful view. The trip was worth it though. Thank you.
La experiencia fue realmente bonita, conocimos todos los lugares mencionados en la descripción del tour, la recogida fue a la hora y en el lugar exactos, el guía turístico (Fonso) nos proporcionó toda la información, y nos explicó cada detalle de todos los lugares visitados, fue bastante divertido y dinámico, el conductor (Bernardo) muy experimentado, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente en la carretera de Masca, realmente recomendamos la experiencia.

We had the most beautiful day with our guide Ildefonso & the best busdriver Fran (showed some serious skills at Masca’s overcrowded traffic). Got picked-up perfectly on time in the south en went via Villaflor to El Teide, Icos de los Vinos where we had some local product tasting. Further on to Garachico where we had home-cooked traditional lunch and afterwards to Masca with stunning views. We enjoyed the whole day!
Went with my partner and my brother. They didn’t really want to go but they loved it and thanked me for taking them. The guide was speaking russian and English, I understood both haha. Such a useful and a lot of information from the guide. Wish we were by teide at least 1h as 30min was not enough at all.

We had a very enjoyable day on this trip in November. We were very lucky to have a very knowledgeable and helpful guide, Helen. Carlos was our driver who was skilled and very careful on these very narrow uphill roads. Punctual, patient and knowledgeable guide, 3 way commentary in Spanish, English and German. Loads of information about the history geography, topography, geology, volcanoes, and the flora & fauna of Tenerife. Lots of sites and sights. I think a refreshment break should be earlier in the tour - but I understand that may be difficult.

Overall we enjoyed the coach tour and the scenery was beautiful, especially driving around the hairpin bends of the serpentine pass in the Masca Valley - our driver navigated them skilfully. There were quite a lot of miles covered on the tour, our guide was very knowledgeable and a Tenerife local. Our coach party was a mixture of English and Germans so our guide did a great job of first speaking in English, then saying it all again in German. We found that when he was speaking in English, the German people were talking amongst themselves, and when he spoke in German, the English people were talking, making it sometimes difficult to hear everything he said. Reckon it would have been more enjoyable if just one language was spoken on these tours, depending on the nationality of the group. We knew the tour was going to be around 9 hours long with a lot of time in the coach, so we were really surprised that one family bought along their baby, later in the day the baby was crying for a good chunk of the journey, making it hard to hear the guide and making the day trip less enjoyable overall. I think this tour is definitely not suitable for babies or children under 5 due to its length and time spent on the coach.
My only criticism would be having to make a choice between having a coffee or going to toilet, there wasn’t enough time to do both at the scheduled stops. Our tour guide , Paulo ,appeared knowledgeable and he had a good grasp of English unfortunately we still found it difficult to understand all that he told us.

Leider kam der Bus schon eine halbe Stunde zu spät, so dass es noch enger wurde, viel zu besichtigen. Es blieb überall viel zu wenig Zeit. Candelaria hatte ich schon gesehen, da konnte ich in Ruhe einen Kaffee trinken. Aber die Empfehlung des Guides, nach der Besichtigung der Kirche einen Kaffee zu trinken, wäre gar nicht möglich gewesen. Der Altstadtbummel in La Orotava war schön, der hat mir gefallen. In La Garachico waren wir essen und es blieb wieder kaum Zeit, die schöne Stadt zu besichtigen. Es reichte lediglich für ein paar Schnappschüsse. Das Restaurant hatte eine sehr schöne Sicht, aber ich habe auf Teneriffa schon besser und günstiger gegessen. Am Schlimmsten fand ich aber, das wir La Masca nicht besichtigt haben, weil dort ein Bus quer stand und wir deshalb nicht hätten durchfahren können. Wir befanden uns aber bereits nur 15 Minuten entfernt und hätten hin und wieder zurück fahren können. Sicher wären wir dann eine Stunde später zu Hause angekommen. Aber so stand es im Programm und das war der eigentliche Grund, warum ich die Tour gebucht hatte. Einen Ersatz gab es auch nicht, lediglich einen geschlossenen Aussichtspunkt, bei dem man ein paar Bilder durch die Scheibe eines Restaurants machen konnte. So fand ich die Tour insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Viel Fahrzeit, wenig gesehen. Vielleicht sollte man einfach früher losfahren.
Il tour è stato davvero interessante, ci siamo fermati poco tempo in ogni luogo ma abbiamo avuto la possibilità di visitare diversi posti. Lo stesso giro in autobus ci ha permesso di ammirare posti davvero belli. La nostra guida Paolo e il conducente del bus Gustavo molto bravi.

We were looking online and Atlantico is the cheapest we found. It is worth every penny! Alexis, the tour guide who speaks both English and German is knowledgeable about the history in Tenerife. My bf, his mom and I all enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend Atlantico to my friends!

The trip was nice to discover the main places in the East and North of the Island. The guide Fonso was fully professional, kind, fun and gave us plenty of interesting informations regarding each places we visited. A really comprehensive tour that shows you the Teide National Park, viewpoints in the North-West and the amazing village of Masca. Please note tickets take 1 day to arrive via email and you have to pro-actively ask at bus stop for your tour as several buses can arrive at the same time. It is memorable and our guide provided a really good amount of interesting information. The roads out of Masca are adventurous!!

We booked the tour with an English/Spanish guide and it was simply superlative - well organised, informative, entertaining, spectacular, exciting! The super duo with guide Enrique (5 stars and more) and driver Xavier (5 stars and more) from Atlantico made the day an unforgettable experience. As a native Canarian, Enrique naturally had an incredible background of knowledge, information and insider jokes about the island, which he conveyed in a very charming and varied way. Xavi was the safe harbour on the mostly very narrow winding roads around Masca and Teide Nature Park. The tour was definitely worthwhile and highly recommended!
Form the organization point of view, there were some problems: at the Fred Olsen Office it was not clear who is your representative, who sould give the tickets etc. The biggest problem with this excursion was the ferry ride from the Tenerrife to the La Palme island. We throw up many time even though we did took the ferry before without any problems. Probably the navigators were in a hurry or there were too many waves..
Fruitful, well-organized tour. Many interesting and different places were visited. The driver was the best! Only a room for improvement - add some more time in Masca. 10 minutes near the dragon tree was enough, 30 mins in Garachico was not enough, but acceptable, 30 mins in Masca was definitely not enough. Anyway the tour is amazing and we are happy to chose it! Many thanks!

We found the tour very informative and stimulating. Every stop was well managed with enough time to explore or in the case of lunch, it was pleasantly unhurried. The driver was excellent especially on the narrow mountain roads. The guide too was very friendly and professional.

Trip was very good, lots of informative, educational and entertaining information. A bit dissapointed with time spent (30mins) at final destination Teide. Overall worth the journey due to a fantastic driver and excellent guide, he was superb.
We wanted to see something different on Tenerife and this certainly fitted the bill. Levis our driver was brilliant navigating the roads when we went to see Masca, and Fonz who was our guide was brillaint.He was very knowledgeable, and provided us with so much information. We really enjoyed the day.

Not all the seat belts worked on the bus The microphone didn’t work. The buses should be checked before they go on the road. It is not safe to not have working seat belts. Would have liked more time in la Laguna. Though tagamar last stop was not worth it nothing much there. Perhaps more time in la Laguna and a difference location added on.
Great experience on this trip.. plenty of stops to take in the view and take lots of photos… our guide “Fonze” was a fountain of knowledge and kept us laughing all day and of course our driver Carlos did an amazing job driving us on the winding roads… highly recommend this trip

Really enjoyed this trip. The places we visited were really interesting and great to see (although Masca is sadly very touristy) but most of all was how knowledgeable our guide - The Fonz - was. We learn’t so much about the Island and he made the trip so interesting. We highly recommend this trip

We went on the trip to Santa Cruz, La Laguna and Taganana. The guide Juan is very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. The coach driver also gave excellent service. The north of the island is exceptionally beautiful and although it’s a long day I would recommend to anyone who hasn’t seen that part of the island
The guide was talking quickly all the time the bus was in motion. About what we saw from the windows - mountain, valley sea etc - and priced of information from the 14th century. Totally uninteresting. And nothing of importance such as no of people in the towns and villages, their primary occupation, schools universities etv.

We enjoyed the experience. Being brand new to the island we learned a lot about the area and saw something of where we have visited. Juan was a very good guide and the bus driver, especially the large one that took us back to the resort from Masca. Our small, 22 person bus was too small for someone of my stature (180cm/5ft11in) to get the least bit comfortable.
Our tour guide’s English was amazing and she was approachable throughout. She made us laugh and had suggestions for restaurants. The driver was also experienced and made us feel safe. I would say the tour could be improved by increasing the time at Masca Valley. That part of it felt extremely rushed as we were only allowed 20mins which barely gave us any time to explore or even get a drink. The drive up there was breathtaking but took a while and then we weren’t able to relax there for long felt unfair. We booked our tour from Celtic shop and they had ensured us the time in Masca valley would be approx 45 mins to an hr but this was not the case in reality. Has we have known we would have booked a separate tour just for Masca.
I can highly recommend this company, their staff were very professional and the driver of the bus, was exemplary! Fantastic scenery and La Laguna was a delight :-) the whole trip was amazing! The only thing I find really annoying is the repeated broadcasts, in several languages! It becomes very tiresome! It would be highly beneficial, if the excurions could be in one language for the majority of customers. For example, there were a few German tourists on the bus, who spoke perfect English - yet everything was repeated in German! Then there was two (only) Spanish tourists on the whole full bus, so everything was then repeated in Spanish! I totally understand that the company is trying to please all, but for me personally I would pick a one language trip, over a multi language trip - any day!

I have booked an English tour. The first warning sign was when the Tour Operator emailed me my pickup details, in Spanish. I know how to use google translate, so I cracked the code but for me this is not great customer service. On the day the pickup was in time, no issues. The Guide was nice and looked enthusiastic. Her English was good enough to make her understood. The first stop was at the dragon tree -15mins, comfortably enough to look around. Then we headed to Garachio. On arrival we got free time (with no other recommendations then use the toilet or have a coffee)-45mins. Beforehand the Guide promised us to have a walking tour later. The so called walking tour was a 15mins (if we are generous) walk back to our bus, passing some of the points of interest on the way. Commentary was minimal: ‘This is this, this is that’… that’s it. (To be frank she gave more details on the bus before arrival, but what we got was simply not what most people means by a walking tour.) I’d not challenge this setup in reversed order, because the free time would have given us opportunity to make our own agenda and spend time as we’d like, but in the lack of initial orientation from the Giude that 45mins was useless. Next stop was Masca for approx. 15-20mins. Clearly not enough. We used the toilet or rushed for the closest possible point to take some pictures -we had no time to go very far, so we photographed what we came across, not what we planned. Next stop should have been Teide National Park. Due to a rescue operation we couldn’t make a stop there - nobodies mistake, such things happen. We stopped for 20mins at a viewpoint before lunch, time was enough. The Restaurant where we stopped was in the middle of nowhere, if you felt that lunch after 14:30 is not your thing you were welcomed to make yourself comfortable for 1 hour in the parking lot. There was nothing to see or do around and you were not allowed to stay on bus either. This 60 mins in the pouring rain - temperature: 11C was definitely the low point of any tour what I’ve ever made anywhere in the world. Nothing tells more about how unnecessary this stop was than right after we started our journey back to our hotels. It’s not unusual that tour companies are using commercial stops to fill some space in the itinerary to be able to sell a program what takes not more than 3-4 hours as a day trip, but this case was just extreme. In total this so called day tour actually included max. 50mins content + 105mins “free time” plus transportation. I would not recommend this tour to anyone because of the above ratio. On the positive side let me highlight that our driver was amazing. Hats off to him, he did a great job all day long. Maybe the Tour company has a couple of points to work on related to the structure of this tour, but one thing is for sure: safety matters to them.
The first Two places were fine and interesting. The last were to far away and when we late arrived we were offered a lunch for 22 euro.Nothing else was accepted.We asked if we could buy coffee and something else but were rejected. We had paid 62 euro per person which your offer included lunch. Our trip was estimated to take Max 9 hours It took 10,5 hours.
It was fantastic to see Teide and the national park. But the guidning left a lot to wish for. It was like a tape put on repeat in short sentences in three different languages. No enthusiasm, no dialogue with us paying for the tour. Shortly, a very mechinacal performance from the guide. He seemed very bored with us and his job.
the kayak excursion proved to be a rewarding experience. Our guide David is very friendly and funny. we totally enjoyed the trip. Not only wespotted gigantic turtle, we aslo had the opportunity to watch dophon dance at a very close distance. they even swam towards our boat, a handful of dolphins. highly recommended

The excursions to Teide and up in the cableway was excellent. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and the driver did a great job up the hairpin bends. Timings were great with stops along the way and for lunch.

The excursion to Teide National Park and Cable Car to the top was excellent. The coach pick up was on time with a transfer to the bigger coach. The guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The driver was very safe and friendly. The stops at various locations were of adequate duration. The cable car ride up to Mount Teide was exhilarating and the views from up there incredible. The time spent there was just right and the way back dropping off at several stops excellent. Thank you Atlantico for another excellent day out.
Our guide for this trip was clearly much more comfortable speaking German and Spanish than English and so I feel we missed out on some of the information. I think that travellers should be warned that the road from Masca is very steep and narrow and that the coach has to maneuver very carefully around the bends. One lady on our coach was holding on with both hands and had her eyes shut and if my mother-in-law had been with us she would have been extremely frightened. Our guide recommended a restaurant in Garachico which was dreadful! The food was terrible and the service even worse and while I appreciate it was cheap I would willingly have paid more for a decent restaurant.
We had previously been on the trip to La Laguna and Masca and were not particularly happy with it so were delighted that this one turned out to be so much better. Our guide was very fluent in English and was clearly fiercely proud of his Island about which he was very knowledgeable. At no time did we feel rushed and had time to explore Santa Cruz and La Laguna at our own pace. The restaurant recommended for lunch at Taganana was excellent with traditional canarian food and excellent service from friendly waiting staff who wanted to keep refilling our wine glasses and encouraging us to have more fruit and ince cream. Such a contrast from the restuarnt at Garachico and at only 5Euros more was worth considerably more. Unlike our trip on 13th to Masca our guide did not ask for any gratuity for himself or the driver and consequently we were happy to show our appreciation.
Good Morning! We booked 5 tours altogether with Atlantico. Over all we are happy with most part of the tours, starting from bookings, pick up and excursions. But there are few points that I want to highlight to make the two trips better. 1. Santa Cruz-La Laguna-Taganana- Had enough time to see Santa Cruz , La Laguna and Anaga Rain forests. In the description of the website, it states that after having lunch (Note-there was very limited choice for vegetarians and just one restaurant open in that area) in Taganana, we will visit golden sands of Las Teresitas beach. But we just spend time in Taganana only. This was little disappointing as my kids were looking forward to visiting the Las Teresita beach. 2. Teide Masca (Grand Tour)- I feel this trip was rushed as we had only half hour at Teide, Los Vinos was fine -1 and hour given- enough time to roam around and have lunch. But after that we had only photo stop at Garachico- that was disappointing as we wanted to spend some more time there. No time given to walk through the cobbled streets of its historic-artistic center, one of the most representative of the Canary Islands, or admire the impressive natural pools of volcanic lava as written on the website. Masca also we just got half an hour to explore. The trip was cut short by 2 hours as we were dropped to our hotel by 4 pm. The website says approximately 9 hours and we were the first one to be picked from La Caleta at 7:50 am . So the actual trip started around 9 pm. Please could I have explanation for why we were not given enough time to explore Garachico? Kind regards Manisha

the plot was fine. the space in the bus was too small for long people. we had too many stops to pick up and to deliver all the passengers.

very good excursion on monday 14 november to the mount tide , full day excursion. we have had a very good guide, he was born and raised in northtenerife, so his knowledge was very good from al the beautifull sceneries we have seen this day. he spook very loud and clear, and slowly in the englisch language. i can recommand this trip to everybody who wants to see your beautifull island tenerife . greetings jan

Tijdens deze trip heb ik veel gezien, op sommige plaatsen wat weinig tijd, misschien daarom beter om 1 keer minder te stoppen, zodat je meer tijd hebt om het andere te bekijken. Het eten onderweg was zeker geslaagd.

The content of the tour was outstanding particularly Laguna and the scenery in Tanananga. The start of the tour was a little unsatisfactory. We were picked up by a small bus in Puerto de La Cruz and taken to Santa Cruz for the start of the tour. Having briefly met the tour guide he just said that we had an hour to look around Santa Cruz with little briefing on what to look for. Something needs to be done about that. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable day.
It has been a very nice trip and interesting.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our day out with your company. Very scenic drive in the mountains with an informative tour guide. Nice coffee stop en route and plenty of time for a mountain walk when we got to our destination. Our coach was very comfortable and we had a great driver! All in all a fabulous day out!

I am so pleased with our trip to Santa Crus, La Laguna and Taganana. Our guide and driver did a great job and we learnt a lot. After a short visit in Agana, the forrest, the driver mastered a situation heroically as we got a meeting with another, bigger bus.
Although we took a similar tour in 2017 with the same operator, we thoroughly enjoyed this revised Island Tour albeit that the weather was not very kind to us. The tour guide, Ponso, was very informative and knew his stuff. The coach driver did a magnificent job. A little bit od advice to those not taking the arranged lunch at Garachico, do not go to the round cafe in the square. The food is unsavoury and the beers are a rip off at 3.50 euros. It was a waste of money. However, we would recommend this tour to all.

We went on the tour with Javier and our driver pedro on Saturday 29th January. We really enjoyed the imformative information given to us. Loved all the places we visited. Well organised trip. Maybe a little more time to explore the places we stopped might be an idea especially in Masca. I would highly recommed this company to do the excursion with. 10 out of 10.
Bezoek aan santa cruz is niet boeiend. De rest was prima alleen had de gids niet gevraagd of we allemaal in Het restaurant in taganana wilden eten. De tafels stonden voor ons allemaal al klaar dus had de gids ons allemaal al opgegeven. Vonden wij niet netjes daar de lunch niet bij de prijs inzat wat hij ons na de lunch vertelde om even af te rekenen.
I would suggest a bit more time along the park - next time I would go for a full day excursion. Thanks

The trip was fine. The pick up bus was a few minutes late but arrived to take us to the National Park and Mt Teide. I did not realise that I had to pay extra for the cable car. This seemed to be more expensive than if I had paid myself at the ticket office. It would have been better if I had known this beforehand. But we enjoyed the trip.
Enjoyed the tour. It is recommended! Points that could be improved: 1) It must be clearly stated that when ordering tickets from the internet, the QR code provided in the email does not allow access to the ferry. Customers must pick up their boarding card for the ferry from the “Get Holiday” reps in the yellow shirts. We nearly missed the trip over this. 2) There were 3 coaches waiting to take us on La Palma. English, Spanish & German speaking. There was nothing to show which was which. Not even a sign saying “Volcano Tour”. A rep shouting & pointing in Spanish does not cut it I’m afraid. Addressing these two simple processes will remove stress from the trip.
A very impressive tour. The guide also spoke Dutch, which allowed us to understand all the information. The guide was competent and impressed with her story about the inhabitants of La Palma and how they experienced the eruption. She was also a resident herself. The tour also went to other parts and the meal that came with it was good. One point of improvement is dividing the group of people over the buses. It was not immediately clear which language belonged in which bus, which meant that people had to move around quite a bit. This could be improved by putting signs next to the bus which language is spoken in which bus. But otherwise a great tour.

Good value for money for the whole day, the guide was very knowledgeable and gave a really good explanation of the facts. drive also very good. Only down side was the air con was poor an it was very hot on the coach.
The trip is confortable although it is mountain roads, guide was savy and helpful. Only drawback is that the sales office did not tell us that you need a confirmation in advance to be allowed to walk the last path to the top, and that you need cash for the cable car (37 EUR / person), but the trip itself was flawless.
We really enjoyed this tour. It was the perfect way to see the island and learn more about Tenerife, flora and fauna etc. Would have liked the opportunity to go all the way up to the volcano. We presumed we would have the time to do so. So be aware that this is a whistle stop tour that takes in a lot of stops. Would like to do a tour with less stops and more time to explore the places we visited. But it was very professionally presented. The tour guide was a lover of statistics and quizzes bless him. ???? Unfortunately due to the night sky conditions, we were NOT able to view the night sky . We ONLY booked the trip for the night sky. Would would not have chose this trip but , as this was the only trip available via the hotel . We decided to book it as this was the reason for returning to Tenerife . So nice polite guide , coach very old and uncomfortable . Night sky experience cancelled .

I just want to express my gratitude to Massimo and Darius for a wonderful excursion. Massimo is a most wonderful driver who gave us great confidence when driving through the narrow mountain passes. He never showed any impatience with the other road users and it was a pleasure being a passenger on his bus. As for our our tour guide, Darius, what a wonderful person. He tirelessly explained all the interesting facts about each place we visited as well as taking the time to have a chat with us and answering our questions, plus, he did this in three languages! What a skill. He never showed any frustrations at having to switch to each language and his knowledge was impressive. I would definitely recommend your company seeing that you have such wonderful people that work for/ and with you. My compliments, we will be back!
It was lovely to see all of these places however I felt as though more free time could have been offered. I got told we would stay in each place for minimum 30 minutes AND have free time in each place. When we stopped at Garachico we were only there for just over 20 minutes and had to stick with the tour guide. I think this would have been the best place to have gone for lunch or explored ourselves as it was bigger. The option should be given. Although we got given over 1 hour 30 minutes free time in Icod, I think this should have been reduced to allow for more time at Garachico. Or even do not do the small stops at random places in between as this took up time. The tour guide seemed nice however nobody could ever hear what he was saying unless they were sat near him.

Timely, comfortable and informative. We enjoyed this trip so much. It was a long day. Our lunch was excellent. Bus driver great. Our tour guide worked so hard with three languages. Three suggestions: less narration on the way back. We wanted to rest! The tour in Laguna could have been free time. It was a lot of walking and not too interesting. Our lunch was very late, but we did love the restaurant. Hard work, great day. Thanks.
It was perfect. Our guide Alex, very friendly, explained to us a lot of very interesting things about Tenerife. The places visited allowed me to explore all the diversity of the island. I recommend this excursion.

Very good organized excursion. Bus was on time, the driver was very kind and was driving us gently through mountain roads. Tourist guide Alex explained everything in very interesting and humoristic way. He looked after everyone. Also his English is excellent. 5 stars of 5
Early pick up without breakfast and not allowed to eat on the coach. Nearly 2 hours to do all the pick ups but once the tour commenced it was very good and the guide very informative. A bit annoying listening to the commentary in 3 languages but hey ho it was cheaper than Tui. Lunch at recommended Carmen restaurant very good value even though we felt a bit rushed. Could have done with at least 2 hrs for lunch stop. Driver professional and excellent, felt safe even on the mountain roads.

Good excursion, we liked the route, as well as the frequent stops to take pictures or go to the bathroom. We especially liked the stop in El Teide national park, where we could walk around the rock formations. That was the main reason we picked this tour, as all others seemed to only go to the cable car station or drive through the park without stopping. Our main point of critique is that Icod de los Vinos was not a very great place for the lunch break, as there is little to see in the town except the dragon tree, for which a drive-through or very short stop for pictures would be enough. Instead, we really would have liked to have the lunch break in Garachico, which seemed to have a lot more atmosphere, and we really would have liked to have some more time there instead.

The pick up was late but the coach was good had to change to another coach in Santa Cruz. Due to us being late we only had 45 mins hear which was a shame. The main coach was very comfy and the Courier Chantelle was excellent she work had in 3 languages. Could have done with less time at Taganana as not much to see and more time at Santa Cruz beach which is lovley. Overall in was a nice day out but some slight tweeking could make it much better.
We had an amazing time ! Our tour guide Peter was so knowledgeable. We managed to explore so much in such little time. I’m so glade we did this as it was the highlight of our holiday

The day went very well. The guide gave a good deal of information about the areas we visited which was helpful and so you could understand what you were looking at in the moonscape. We took lunch with us and it is also helpful to have travel sickness tablets if you do not like winding roads. The schedule is timed tightly and we were late coming down the cable car because it can get very crowded and one minute the line was short to return the next it was massive. We had less than an hour at the top because it took so long going up and back. The views however were spectacular. It would have been good to have more time at the top so you could go further around the tracks. The driver was amazing. There is a lot to see in the National Park and this trip gives a good taster. It was nice not having to drive, so we could all enjoy the views.
Nicely organized trip. Timings were maintained properly. Descriptions by the guide during the trip was good. Customer service providers on telephone could be much more informative and explanatory. Providing general guidelines to tourists such as climate conditions, suggested clothing etc. could be useful.
This excursion was great. Nice landscapes, a lot of information, we had beautyfull views and nice wheather too.

The Teide Masca Tour is highly recommended, because we visit beautiful places and the guide explains in a simple yet comprehensive way what is seeing. The landscapes are dreamy and remain forever in the retina of the visit.

Realmente instructivo, el recorrido por diferentes rutas en el Teide te enseñan las facetas y contrastes de la isla, tanto el guía, Ildefonso, como el conductor, Pedro, fueron encantadores. Muy bien relatado todo por parte del guía. Merece la pena.
La guía Marian y el conductor, Javi, excelentes. Hicieron del tour un viaje muy agradable. El recorrido muy bonito e instructivo. Lo único mejorable, lacomida. En Pueblo Chico el menú es caro para la poca variedad y calidad. Para mi parecer, se puede cambiar el sitio donde hacer el almuerzo.

Bought half day teide tour price was good driver and guide good. BUT tour says teide tour but only get 15 min. on teide itself. More based on sight seeing around teide then up teide.

Exceeded our expectations not only for the sunset at the Teide that is truly worth seeing and contemplating for its lush beauty, but also by observing the stars, the guide and the typical Canarian dinner was exquisite. The tour itself was excellent. The only thing I regret is that the cold and the wind did not allow us to see the sunset in its entirety. Thank you very much . And please continue.
